1. The Controller of your personal data is KERA-CERAMIKA S.C. G.M. Rajzer with its seat in Wilkowice, at. ul. Furmaniec 6.
2. Your personal data will be processed for consumer service purposes in accordance with the contract/order.
3. The basis for the processing of your personal data shall be:
   Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of the EU 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC, hereinafter referred to as the general regulation on the protection of personal data (GDPR). Processing shall be lawful only if and to the extent that:
   • the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes
   • processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
   • processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.
4. We maybe obligated by mandatory law to disclose your personal data to other authorized third parties.
5. The recipients of your personal data may be our partners, collection agencies, banks, postal operators, carriers, etc.
6. We will retain your personal data as follows:
   • Personal data processed in order to enter or perform a contract will be retained for the period of the contract, and after its termination shall not be retained for any longer than is necessary:
     • for the purpose of after-sale customer service (e.g. handling complaints),
     • to secure or pursue any claim,
     • to meet our legal obligations (resulting from tax or accounting regulations),
     • personal data processed for the purpose of marketing products or own services based on a legitimate legal interest, will be processed until data subject objects to personal data processing,
     • personal data processed subject to a separate consent shall be retained until its revocation.
7. KERA-CERAMIKA S.C.G.M. Rajzer shall not transfer your personal data to any third country or international organisation.
8. You can request access to the personal data the Controller has about you, and you have the right of rectification, the right to erasure, or limitation of processing, the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to data portability and the right to withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal), and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
9. The provision of data required to meet statutory requirements is mandatory, otherwise, the provision of personal data is voluntary.
10. Your personal data will not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
